Why stitching outlasts most branding
Embroidery puts your logo into the fabric with thread, so it does not crack, peel or fade the way some printed finishes can after repeated washing. It also reads as more considered: a neatly stitched chest logo on a golf shirt or a raised 3D puff logo on a cap says the brand cared about the detail.
Good embroidery starts before the machine runs. Every logo is digitised into a stitch file that sets stitch direction, density, underlay and colour order for the specific fabric. A design that sews beautifully on a twill cap needs different settings on a stretchy sports knit, and we plan for that before anything is stitched. If your design has very fine detail or photographic shading, we will tell you honestly whether DTF printing or screen printing would serve it better.
How we work with you
- Written quotes: send your logo, garment choice, quantities and positions, and we reply with a clear written quote. For a quick idea first, try the instant estimate.
- Artwork help: a blurry JPG or a logo from your letterhead is a normal starting point. We advise on simplifying small text and fine lines so they stitch cleanly.
- Proof before production: you approve a stitch proof showing size, placement and thread colours before we sew the run.
- Easy to reach: call, WhatsApp or use the on-site chat, or visit the shop at Rivonia Central, opposite Newscafe Rivonia. Please call ahead to confirm we are open before visiting.
When same-day embroidery is realistic
Same-day work is possible when several things line up: the logo is already digitised or simple to digitise, the garments are in stock, the quantity is small, and artwork is approved and paid early in the day. Frequently asked questions
Can you really embroider on the same day?
On qualifying orders, yes. That usually means a simple or already-digitised logo, garments in stock, a small quantity, and approval and payment early in the day. It always depends on our production capacity at the time, so we confirm the deadline on your written quote.
Do I need to supply the garments?
No. We can source polos, caps, jackets, hoodies, workwear and more, or embroider garments you bring in. Supplied garments should be new, clean and in the right sizes; we will advise on fabrics that do not take embroidery well.
What artwork do you need?
A vector file such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF is ideal, but a clear PNG or JPG works too. We digitise your logo into a stitch file and send a proof before production, so you see exactly how it will look.
Is there a once-off setup cost?
New logos need digitising, which is a once-off setup quoted separately. Once your logo is digitised and approved, we keep the file so repeat orders do not need to be digitised again.
Do you also do printing?
Yes. For full-colour artwork, large prints or photo detail, we offer DTF, screen printing and T-shirt printing, and we will recommend the method that suits your design and budget.
