Bulk embroidery and repeat supply for companies and organisations
When you are branding a whole team, consistency matters as much as speed. We keep your approved logo files on record, help you collect sizes from staff, work with purchase orders and schedule larger runs properly, so every reorder matches the last one.
- Approved logos kept on file
- Purchase orders welcome
- Consistent repeat batches
- Planned roll-out schedules

Built for teams, not one-offs
Bulk and corporate orders cover anything from a branded golf shirt for every staff member to a full uniform range across departments: front-of-house shirts, kitchen aprons, warehouse workwear, sales team jackets and event caps. Many clients order a core range once, then top up through the year as staff join or garments wear out.
The goal is that a shirt ordered in March looks identical to one ordered in November. That depends on using the same stitch file, the same thread colours, the same placement measurements and, where possible, the same garment style. We manage those details so your procurement team does not have to. For individual garment types, see corporate clothing embroidery and workwear embroidery.
Saved, approved logos
Every logo we digitise for you is stored with its approved size, thread colours and placement for each garment type. That means:
- No repeat digitising for the same logo at the same size.
- Faster quoting and production on reorders.
- Consistent sizing between a chest logo on a golf shirt and the same logo on a fleece.
If your branding changes, tell us early. A new logo needs a new stitch file and proof, and we can help you plan the changeover so old and new uniforms are not mixed unintentionally.
Staff sizing and ordering
Size collection is often the slowest part of a uniform order. We can supply a simple size breakdown template so each department lists names, garment types and sizes in one place. Where names are embroidered per person, that same list drives the production run and reduces spelling errors.
For new starters, a top-up order of a few items with an approved logo is usually quick to turn around. Small urgent top-ups may even qualify for same-day embroidery, subject to stock and capacity.
Purchase orders and account enquiries
We work with company purchase orders and can reference your PO number on quotes and invoices. If your organisation orders regularly and would like to discuss account arrangements, email sales@samedayembroidery.co.za with your company details and expected order pattern; any account terms are agreed in writing and stated on your quotes.
Payment, deposits and turnaround for each order are always as stated on that quote.
Scheduling larger runs
Large orders are planned rather than rushed. Turnaround depends on garment availability across all sizes, the number of positions and names, and our production schedule. The earlier we have your approved proof, payment and confirmed sizes, the earlier we can lock in a completion date. Phased deliveries by department or site are possible and agreed on the quote. Collection is from Rivonia, with delivery quoted per job.

Frequently asked questions
Can you pack orders per person or department?
Yes. If you give us a list of names and sizes, we can bag and label garments per person or per department, which makes distribution much easier at your end. Mention this when you request a quote.
Do you keep stock of our branded garments?
We do not hold stock on your behalf by default. Because your logo files are saved, top-up orders are quick to produce when you need them. Ask us if you have a specific stock arrangement in mind.
Can different garments have the same logo size?
Usually, yes, though we sometimes adjust slightly for fabric and placement. A logo on a cap front or a fleece may need different settings to look the same as on a golf shirt.
How do you keep repeat orders consistent?
We reuse the approved stitch file, record thread colours and placement measurements, and recommend staying with the same garment style. If a style is discontinued, we suggest the closest match before ordering.
