Design help that gets your logo ready to stitch or print

Embroidery reproduces shapes with thread, so the quality of the stitched logo starts with the quality of the file. A low-resolution JPG pulled from a website gives our digitiser guesswork; a clean vector gives them exact shapes and colours. Text that looks fine on screen can be too small to stitch legibly on a cap front or a left-chest polo.

Design work sits before embroidery digitising. Design gets the artwork right; digitising turns that artwork into a stitch file with the correct stitch types, density and sequence. When both are done properly, the result is crisp edges, readable lettering and a logo that holds its shape after washing.

A logo designed for screens rarely works unchanged on every product. For embroidery we may reduce colours, open up tight gaps and set minimum letter heights. For DTF or full-colour printing we can keep gradients and photographic detail that would be impossible in thread. For signage we prepare a scalable vector with correct colour values.

When a design contains detail that thread cannot hold at the size you want, we will tell you honestly and suggest either a larger placement, a simplified version, or printing instead. Our artwork guidelines explain what makes a file production-ready.

Upload whatever you have through the quote form: AI, EPS, SVG or PDF files are best, but PNG, JPG, PSD, CDR and TIFF are accepted. Include any brand guide, colour references (Pantone or hex codes if known) and a short description of where the artwork will be used: which garments, what size, which position, and whether it will also be printed or used on signage.

Every design job ends in a proof you approve before production. The quote states how many revision rounds are included, so expectations are clear. Design turnaround depends on complexity and our current workload; simple clean-ups can often be completed quickly, while new logos take more back and forth, and we confirm timing on the quote.
