Send us your logo, the garments, quantities, positions and deadline through the quote form, chat, WhatsApp or email. We reply with a written quote, then a stitch proof for approval. Production starts once the proof is approved and payment is made as stated on your quote.

Yes, we embroider single items such as a name on a jacket or a logo on one cap. Keep in mind that a new logo needs digitising, a once-off setup that has a bigger impact on the cost of one item than on a larger run.

Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF are best. High-resolution PNG or JPG also work. If you only have a low-quality image, send it and we will advise whether it can be digitised as is or needs redrawing.

Digitising converts your logo into a stitch file that tells the machine where every stitch goes, in what direction, how dense and in which colour order. It is done once per logo per size, and we keep the file for future orders.

Most can, but very small text, thin lines, gradients and photographic images do not translate well into thread. We may suggest simplifying the logo, enlarging small elements or using DTF or screen printing instead.

We match thread colours as closely as possible from our thread range, using your Pantone or brand references. Thread has a sheen and texture, so it will never look identical to ink, but the proof shows the colours we plan to use.

On qualifying orders: usually a simple or already-digitised logo, garments in stock, a small run, and approval and payment early in the day. It is always subject to capacity, job size, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline.

It depends on quantity, positions, garment availability and our schedule. Your written quote states the turnaround, which starts once the proof is approved, payment is made and garments are available.

Payment terms, including any deposit, are as stated on your quote. Production is booked once payment has been received as set out there.

Yes. Supplied garments should be new, clean and in the correct sizes. Some fabrics, such as very thin or highly stretchy materials, carry more risk, so we will advise and may ask for a test piece.

Contact us immediately. Changes before stitching starts can usually be made, though a new proof may be needed and turnaround may move. Once items are stitched, changes mean new garments and extra cost.

Collect from our shop at Rivonia Central, Oriental City, opposite Newscafe Rivonia, once we confirm your order is ready. Delivery can be arranged on request and is quoted per job.

Wash inside out on a gentle cycle, avoid bleach, and iron on the reverse side rather than directly on the stitching. Our garment care guide has more detail.
